Brigadier General (Ret.) Joel Feldschuh

Brigadier General (Ret.) Joel Feldschuh has a rich background and knowledge in Military Aviation and Civil Aviation, in addition to local and international experience in high managerial posts in the business sector and in social entities.

Feldschuh served in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) for 26 years as a fighter pilot and commander, he founded and commanded the second F-15 squadron in the IAF and his recent roles in the Air Force were Chief of IAF Intelligence and Chief of IAF Human Resources and Administration.

In his civil career Feldschuh served as CEO in various fields in the business sector including CEO of Champion Motors (VW import ship) Israel Ltd., CEO of El Al Israel Airlines Ltd, CEO of Nesher Israeli Cement Industries Ltd and DG of the Israeli Civil Aviation Authority (CAAI).

Alongside his intensive business career, Feldschuh was engaged in social activities; he founded and serves as the Chairman of a None Profit Organization “Friends of Meirav” – Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center in Sheba Medical Center Israel. Feldschuh serves in a number of educational institutions as member of the executive committee. Previously, Feldschuh served on the board of directors in various public companies, including Elbit Systems Ltd and was a member of the General Council of the Association of Industrialists.

Feldschuh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Haifa, and a Master’s degree in Science of Management – M.S (Sloan Fellow) from MIT.
